We process personal data under the UK GDPR on the following bases (Article 6):

  • Contract – to take steps at your request before entering into a contract and to perform our contract with clients/suppliers.

  • Legitimate interests – to operate and improve our website and services, manage relationships, secure our systems, prevent fraud/abuse, and conduct proportionate B2B marketing. We balance these interests against your rights.
